Based in Southern California, Yvonne Romera is a professional poet, naturally gifted in her abilities to take pieces of people’s souls and turning it into words of wisdom and wonder.

What begun as a search for her dream job after losing her job at the end of 2023, Yvonne bought a typewriter and a booth space to set up at her very first market pop up on July 2024, hoping to meet people who may want to hire her. In a surprising twist, writing poetry for strangers and having the words for those who don’t have the words to express themselves turned out to be her dream job all along. Touching people’s hearts, memorializing loved ones (and pets too!) who have passed, and dispensing intuitive wisdom through the niche art of typewriter poetry was where she has found her life’s purpose.
