This soul-nourishing experience invites you to slow down and drop in—beginning with a grounding guided meditation, followed by a heartfelt poetry 101 workshop where you'll write a love letter to your inner child. We’ll close the evening in community with an open mic moment, welcoming all voices to rise, reflect, and be witnessed.
